Welcome to SocioQueue. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SocioQueue website, application, platform, services, features, integrations, early-access product, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.

By accessing or using SocioQueue, creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting a social media account, starting a trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

SocioQueue is a product by eezpal. References to “SocioQueue”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the owner and operator of SocioQueue.

1. About SocioQueue

SocioQueue is an AI-native social media planning, content creation, scheduling, collaboration, approval, and publishing platform. The Service may help users create drafts, generate ideas, repurpose content, manage publishing queues, collaborate with team members, and publish or schedule posts across supported third-party social platforms.

The Service may be offered as a website, web application, early-access product, beta product, paid subscription, free trial, or any combination of these.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SocioQueue. If you use SocioQueue on behalf of a company, agency, client, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SocioQueue complies with all laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising guidelines, employment obligations, client agreements, and internal company policies that apply to you.

3. Accounts

To use certain parts of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity that happens under your account.
  • Managing access to your workspace.
  • Removing users who should no longer have access.
  • Ensuring that connected social accounts are authorized for use.
  • Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account, workspace, devices, connected accounts, or credentials.

4. Workspaces, Teams, and Permissions

SocioQueue may allow users to create or join workspaces, invite team members, assign roles, manage approval flows, and collaborate on social media content.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for:

  • Managing team member access.
  • Setting appropriate permissions.
  • Reviewing and approving content before publishing.
  • Ensuring users have authority to act on behalf of the workspace, brand, company, or client.
  • Monitoring connected social media accounts.
  • Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • Actions taken by users in a workspace may affect the workspace, its connected accounts, scheduled content, analytics, billing, and published social posts.

5. Connected Social Media Accounts

SocioQueue may allow you to connect third-party platforms, including but not limited to X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, or other supported services.

By connecting a third-party account, you confirm that you have the right and authority to connect, manage, schedule, publish, or analyze content for that account.

You understand that third-party platforms are not controlled by SocioQueue. Their APIs, rules, rate limits, permissions, policies, features, review processes, and availability may change at any time. These changes may affect how SocioQueue works.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages.
  • API changes or restrictions.
  • Posts rejected by third-party platforms.
  • Loss of access to social accounts.
  • Changes to platform permissions.
  • Platform enforcement actions.
  • Suspensions, bans, shadow bans, throttling, or account limitations.
  • Content removed by a third-party platform.
  • Any issue caused by your violation of third-party platform terms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community guidelines, developer policies, advertising policies, and automation rules of every third-party platform you connect to SocioQueue.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, import, schedule, approve, or publish through SocioQueue, including text, images, videos, captions, prompts, drafts, campaigns, brand assets, and other materials (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant SocioQueue a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, format, modify, and use your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service.

This license allows us to perform actions such as saving drafts, showing previews, sending content to connected platforms, generating variations, storing scheduled posts, processing uploaded media, and displaying content inside your workspace.

We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

7. Responsibility for Published Content

You are fully responsible for all content created, generated, approved, scheduled, or published through SocioQueue.

Before publishing or scheduling any content, you are responsible for reviewing it for:

  • Accuracy.
  • Legality.
  • Grammar and tone.
  • Brand safety.
  • Copyright and trademark issues.
  • Confidential information.
  • Personal data.
  • Regulated claims.
  • Advertising disclosures.
  • Platform policy compliance.
  • Client approval.
  • Cultural, political, or social sensitivity.
  • AI-generated mistakes or hallucinations.

SocioQueue is a tool that helps you manage social media workflows. It does not replace human review, legal review, editorial judgment, brand approval, compliance checks, or professional advice.

8. AI-Generated Content

SocioQueue may include AI-powered features that help generate captions, post ideas, campaigns, replies, summaries, variations, hashtags, content calendars, repurposed posts, or other creative outputs.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive, repetitive, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for other users. You should not rely on AI output as factual, legal, financial, medical, professional, or compliance advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and verifying all AI-generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it.

You agree not to use AI features to generate or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

We may limit, suspend, or disable AI features if we believe they are being misused or if usage creates risk to SocioQueue, other users, third-party platforms, or the public.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SocioQueue to:

  • Break any law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation.
  • Violate third-party platform rules or developer policies.
  • Publish spam, scams, phishing content, malware, or deceptive promotions.
  • Impersonate another person, company, brand, or public figure.
  • Post content you do not have rights to use.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to bypass security, authentication, limits, or access controls.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service.
  • Use SocioQueue to build a competing product by copying features, design, workflows, or system behavior.
  • Abuse free trials, referral systems, promotional offers, or pricing plans.
  • Use automation in a way that violates platform rules.
  • Generate or publish harassment, hate, threats, extremist content, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement, or unlawful content.
  • Publish misleading political, financial, health, legal, or regulated claims.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or coordinated inauthentic content.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

We may investigate and take action if we believe your use of SocioQueue violates these Terms or creates risk.

10. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

SocioQueue may offer free plans, free trials, beta access, early-access plans, paid subscriptions, usage-based features, add-ons, or promotional pricing.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts using your selected payment method.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, included limits, features, and pricing may vary by plan. We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before material pricing changes affect existing paid subscriptions.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping billing details accurate.
  • Paying applicable taxes.
  • Cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
  • Managing your plan, workspace seats, limits, and usage.

If payment fails, we may suspend, limit, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available in your account or by contacting us.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds, credits, or extensions in special cases, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide the same treatment in the future.

Cancelling a subscription may result in loss of access to paid features at the end of the billing period or immediately, depending on the plan and billing provider.

12. Beta, Early Access, and Experimental Features

SocioQueue may provide beta, early-access, preview, or experimental features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, changed, removed, or discontinued at any time.

You understand that beta features may contain bugs, inaccuracies, data issues, downtime, publishing failures, or other problems. You use beta features at your own risk.

We may collect feedback about beta features and use that feedback to improve SocioQueue without obligation or compensation to you.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates.
  • Security issues.
  • Infrastructure problems.
  • Third-party provider outages.
  • Social platform API changes.
  • Payment provider issues.
  • Network failures.
  • Events outside our control.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delayed publishing, missed schedules, failed posts, failed integrations, data sync issues, or third-party service interruptions.

14. Scheduled Posts and Publishing

SocioQueue may allow you to schedule content for future publishing. Scheduling depends on many factors, including third-party APIs, account permissions, media processing, queue settings, platform availability, rate limits, and internet infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact scheduled time or publish successfully.

You are responsible for checking scheduled content, confirming publishing status, monitoring connected accounts, and ensuring important posts are published correctly.

15. Data, Backups, and Export

We may store data related to your account, workspace, content, settings, schedules, approvals, integrations, and usage.

Although we may maintain backups or safeguards, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content, campaign plans, media, reports, and records.

We are not responsible for loss of content or data caused by user actions, account deletion, third-party integrations, expired tokens, platform restrictions, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Your use of SocioQueue is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect personal data.

By using SocioQueue, you agree that we may process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Intellectual Property

SocioQueue, including its software, design, branding, interface, features, workflows, text, graphics, logos, icons, code, documentation, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from SocioQueue unless we give you written permission.

Using the Service does not give you ownership of SocioQueue, its software, technology, brand, or intellectual property.

18. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop SocioQueue.

19. Third-Party Services

SocioQueue may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including social media platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, email services, payment processors, authentication providers, and storage providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, security, availability, or actions.

20. Acceptable Use and Fair Usage

We may apply limits to protect the Service, including limits on AI usage, workspaces, seats, connected accounts, scheduled posts, media uploads, API usage, storage, publishing frequency, or other resources.

We may throttle, restrict, suspend, or review usage that appears excessive, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or likely to affect the Service or other users.

Plan limits may change as the product evolves.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to SocioQueue if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You fail to pay fees.
  • Your use creates legal, security, reputational, operational, or platform risk.
  • Your account is involved in abuse, fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.
  • A third-party platform or provider requires us to take action.

We need to protect SocioQueue, our users, or the public.

You may stop using SocioQueue at any time. You may request account deletion according to the process described in the product or Privacy Policy.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, workspace, scheduled content, connected accounts, drafts, analytics, settings, and other data.

22. Disclaimers

SocioQueue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable.
  • Scheduled posts will always publish successfully.
  • Third-party integrations will remain available.

The Service will meet every business, legal, compliance, or marketing need.

Content generated or published through SocioQueue will improve performance, engagement, revenue, followers, or business results.

You use SocioQueue at your own risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioQueue and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunities, followers, reputation, or platform access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SocioQueue for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you have not paid for the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

24. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocioQueue, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your User Content.
  • Content you publish or schedule.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of third-party platform terms.
  • Your violation of laws or regulations.
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Actions taken by users in your workspace.

25. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, rename, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This includes features, integrations, pricing, plans, limits, AI tools, workflows, and supported platforms.

We may do this without liability to you.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the website, application, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of SocioQueue after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or competent authorities of Sri Lanka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
